Eman is a Project Manager at GPG, where she leads project delivery and supports institutional partnerships, including work with the Iraqi Council of Representatives. Since joining GPG, she has played a key role in the design and implementation of governance programmes and in facilitating high-level stakeholder engagement, including delegations to the UK and project activities across Baghdad, Erbil, and Cairo. She brings wide-ranging experience in project management, alongside expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, HR, and sustainability.
Previously, as Operations Coordinator, Eman contributed to several key organisational transformation processes, including the introduction of a new HR system and the establishment of strengthened security and data protection frameworks and contracts.
Eman holds an MSc in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Management from McGill University, where she specialised in war studies. Her academic and professional background is grounded in security studies and strategy, with expertise spanning both conventional and emerging dimensions of conflict, including political violence, surveillance and security, cyber warfare, and identity politics.
Eman is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has working proficiency in Farsi.
