Ejona brings over five years of work experience with donor funded projects, capacity building of CSOs in financial reporting, most of which has been direct work in the field of grant-funded projects with focus on good governance, active citizenship, social issues, and public policy.
She has acquired extensive experience in project implementation, operational and financial management for one of the biggest grant-giving projects funded by Swiss Development Agency (SDC). Her experience with the LevizAlbania project gave her the opportunity to gain solid in-depth knowledge and expertise in all operations areas, including Procurement, Finance, DoA, Logistics, Security, HR, and GMS financial system. With a solid background in finance and accounting, Ejona brings expansive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance management.
