Abi brings over a decade of experience in development projects across the Western Balkans, with a strong focus on good governance and evidence-based decision-making. Her career includes a blend of management and research roles, addressing issues such as research-to-policy linkages, sustainable development, and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation and quality assurance practices. She joins GPG as MERL Specialist and Programmatic Support.
Abi holds an MPA from the State University of New York, USA, which she attended as a Fulbright Grantee. Additionally, she holds an MSc in System Dynamics through an Erasmus Mundus program, a collaborative effort of Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands, the University of Bergen, Norway, and New University of Lisbon, Portugal, as well as a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from the Bocconi University, Italy.
